Clearly the UI of the Click Effect is designed to allow for more than one option there. Would be great if there were more options and, perhaps, settings for the options (how big of an effect, how fast, etc.)
I would love to be able to set the length of actions by time, not just by dragging (another box on the bar below the video?)
MobileMe connectivity... one click uploading would be excellent.
Would be great to have icons in the bar below the video - for trimming, splits, ripple delete, marking in / out points and markers. Might be best, if possible, to have it be configurable so it is not overwhelming for those who do not want all of that.

I use YouTube, Vimeo and others... and, yes, my MobileMe videos take a bit longer to show, but they are higher quality.

With that said: for the purpose of ScreenFlow, sure, having ties to other services would be great... and since I am not coding it I can claim to be sure it would be trivial to implement. :)
